Mel is fantastic! She offers a free skincare consultation. She walked me through the benefits of the Tropic range which use natural & organic ingredients. I went to Mel because my skin had become quite irritated & red, I think it’s my age but I was looking for products that would calm & balance my skin. Mel picked out the products that she thought would suit me best & gave me samples so that I could try them. This was great for me as I have spent money in the past on products that did not suit my skin. Mel’s recommendations were spot on, my face looks brighter, it’s calm & the products have made it soft & evened my complexion. I can’t thank Mel enough & I can’t wait to try more of the range. although this is a new business to Lincoln, Melanie has a wealth of experience which she has brought from her days living in Sussex. I was very impressed with her knowledge of all things skin related and since my consultation a few weeks ago, I can honestly say that my skin has never looked better with the regimen Melanie advised for me.I am now a regular client at her beautiful spa-like salon. Melanie operates from home so parking is never a problem. She uses a lovely tranquil room on the ground floor (a quiet cul de sac nestled in the woods) which is newly furbished, super clean and comfortable. Melanie always makes sure I am warm enough and relaxed before commencing treatment and goes the extra mile with the little things, like a hot water bottle (I loved that touch).I always leave feeling truly pampered and relaxed, smelling divine and the effects of my facial last for days!
